About the product and mission 

We're looking for an experienced product designer to join us on the Microsoft Sales Copilot team and create compelling experiences that change the mental model of Microsoft’s third cloud — from a system of records to a day-to-day productivity tool, leveraging best-in-class AI and GPT technologies.

Microsoft Israel Design Community 

With the goal of empowering every person to achieve more, we’ve established a local design community led by Israel-based Microsoft designers. We are 80+ designers spanning multiple disciplines—interaction designers, content designers, and UX researchers—working on various products across various Microsoft groups (Dynamics 365, Azure Cloud, Office, Cybersecurity, etc.;). 

As a community, we support the growth of anyone who cares about the user experience—designers and non-designers alike, within Microsoft and across the broader local design community. Our activities include Figma Days for designers, Design Days with external speakers to learn from each other and to spark conversations that might not otherwise transpiree, and more. 

We are a social collective committed to sharing knowledge and expertise, openly and transparently. We're always looking for new members to join us on this exciting journey! 

About the role: 

You’re a Product designer who loves to learn, solve challenges, and dream up breakthrough ideas. You've worked on multiple similar projects already, and you're looking for a new adventure. You’re a tireless advocate for the customer—enthusiastic about building and iterating on designs to discover what works best and applying your knowledge to create incredible software products. You're passionate about your interests, and you want to work on projects that empower people to achieve more. 

You understand how to bring a team together to solve difficult product and customer problems, fixing what's not quite right and smoothing the customer’s journey through the product. You to find ways to reduce the number of screens, remove the extraneous, drive users to the next action or step, and shorten the path to “Wow!” 

You’ll work in a focused team collaborating with fellow content designers, interaction designers, qualitative researchers, data scientists, PMs, developers, and your design lead. Bouncing ideas around, formulating plans, and delivering human-centered-design solutions to the hands of users. Charting a path forward is your jam as much as your solo design time. 

You're fluent at communicating with product managers and developers as well as influencing your team and studio to simplify, integrate, and co-create successful customer experiences that work together. And you’re comfortable with seeking common ground, influencing others around you that we all want the same thing, what that thing is, and why you think the team has landed a solution that will help make Sales Copilot and Dynamics 365 a suite of business apps that customers will love.

This position offers a unique opportunity to help build one of the most exciting products in cyber security. As a senior product designer in this group, you'll help build a great product in an agile environment, from the early stages of feature planning all the way to guaranteeing flawless implementation.
