Meet Polina! Polina is a graduate of the prestigious Shenkar College of Engineering and Design, specializing in Data-Visualization & UX. Ever since, she has been on a mission to turn her passion into her profession - combining her love of numbers and data with her ability to visualize - to create products for everyone in the world to use and enjoy. And she means every person – Polina is an active advocate for creating experiences that cater to all populations, backgrounds, and skill levels. She leads Microsoft Israel R&D Center’s internal design community, and is a mentor for early-stage designers, students, and others making a career change. When she’s not counting things or analyzing user journeys, Polina can be found volunteering with the elderly or tending to her many plants. Polina has many sources of motivation including her partner, grandmother, and her cats – all who offer a unique perspective and teach her something new every day.
