Going from development roles to management roles, Matan has vast experience in development processes and building the best user experience. He aims to understand how things work and will not settle on a given API. Matan believes that knowledge gains its true value only when shared. Beyond coding, Matan co-hosts a podcast focused on soft skills, where he seizes the opportunity to help others by offering solutions to common workplace situations such as joining a new and competitive team or leaving a workplace without burning bridges.
