Meet Sharon! Sharon is a software engineer by trade and by passion. Code is her craft, and she enjoys clean, efficient code whether it’s in satellites or communication infrastructure. She is also passionate about Performance, Design & Architecture. Sharon is a strong believer in the power of mentoring and co-leads a professional mentoring ring at Microsoft. She also co-manages "30 Hours," a program that promotes side-projects and volunteers with Baot, Israel's largest tech community for women in R&D. Sharon is a perpetual student and exercises a true Growth Mindset with genuine curiosity and a willingness to learn, grow and expand her horizons. She doesn't only advocate for agility in work and life, but also practices dog agility with her cute Shetland Sheepdog.
