Meet Ranin! She is one of the very first Arab female engineers in the High-Tech workforce in Israel. Ranin is a leading senior product manager at Microsoft, with expertise in all aspects of Power BI custom visuals. Bringing together more than 15 years of vast engineering and product experience, Ranin is highly regarded as a data and software enthusiast, helping bring exciting innovations to the world of visualizations. She had worked at Intel for several years as a senior software engineer, automation engineer, and a product owner, both in Israel and the “Silicon Valley”. During her second relocation to London, Ranin took a path towards a position in business and leadership, and completed her second degree in MBA at Tel-Aviv University. Outside of work, She likes reading, workout and baking, which go together perfectly! She is the mother of three kids and the wife of a busy doctor who heads the delivery room at Bnai-Zion Medical Center. Ranin is a mentor in the woman2woman program, continuously participating in meetups, panels and conferences, targeted for high-school students and women in High-Tech. Ranin's dream is to see more women enter the world of business and occupy leadership positions, especially women of the Arab minority in Israel.
