Microsoft Defender Identity Security is a system that provides detection and for advanced identity related attacks. It is designed to identify intrusion attempts and assist in rapid response to security events related to identities. Defender Identity Security uses machine learning to analyze user behavior and identify abnormal activities that may be dangerous, with sensors installed on the organization's Active Directory and other information sources.
