The WSSI (Windows Silicon System Integration) team is looking for a  Senior Silicon Designer to help design complex silicon subsystems that are part of advanced solutions delivered in Windows client products. The WSSI (Windows Silicon System Integration) team is looking for an experienced Data Science Manager to lead a team developing production-oriented AI solutions across computer vision and efficient small language models, helping bring advanced models to Windows products under real-world edge-device constraints.   This role offers a meaningful leadership opportunity: managing a diverse team that includes researchers, MLOps engineers, and data management experts, while shaping the team’s technical direction and influencing product directions in close partnership with product and system engineering teams, all within a culture that values inclusion, collaboration, continuous learning, and individual growth.   The team’s primary focus is developing state-of-the-art computer vision solutions that can run efficiently under real-world edge-device constraints, including model size, latency, power, and deployment efficiency.

The WSSI (Windows Silicon System Integration) team is looking for an experienced Silicon Design Verification Team Lead to lead verification for complex silicon subsystems that are part of advanced solutions delivered in Windows client products. This is an opportunity for an excellent DV leader to combine people leadership with meaningful hands-on technical contribution. You will lead a silicon engineering team that includes design verification, silicon design, and physical design engineers, while serving as the technical anchor for the team's verification strategy, execution, and quality.

Leads discussions with stakeholders and decision makers for high-value customers to identify, qualify, and accelerate sales opportunities. Leads collaborations with others on whitespace analysis and leverages expertise to identify and capitalize on business opportunities and market gaps within the assigned market domain, utilizing AI-driven market intelligence tools to assess trends and insights. Synthesizes evaluation of the solution area(s) and market to strategically align sales plays with complex customer priorities and outcomes, incorporating AI-driven predictive analytics to forecast future market needs.

Synthesizes business insights and orchestrates global teams across the organization to deliver alternative solutions while applying deep expertise and thought leadership. Acts as a "virtual Chief Technical Officer" to provide Account Thought leadership, leverage deep knowledge of Microsoft's solutions, industry, and customer needs, and acts as the voice of the customer, industry, and team. Leads technology strategy formulation by leading alignment of customer needs and technology solutions, execution of technology strategy/digital transformation, creation of mid- to long-term technical roadmaps, and translation of customer business objectives.
