In the AI Workforce Specialist team, we are looking for passionate, experienced, and credible specialist sellers with a drive for developing and winning strategic opportunities that deliver end-to-end AI Workforce thought leadership driving significant customer value and enabling transformational customer outcomes.
You will lead the charge in transforming how organizations adopt and scale AI-powered productivity across AI Workforce solutions (M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Copilot Chat, Agents, Microsoft 365, Frontline Worker, Teams and Windows 365\AVD) and build strategies with customers, collaborating across different groups inside the Customer environment to successfully enable customers to drive and adopt AI transformation.
The development of AI has introduced opportunities for integrating our AI Workforce portfolio across business units and decision makers, supporting customers as they explore new approaches to work and value creation for their stakeholders.

As an Azure Digital Native Solution Specialist (SSP), you will drive Microsoft’s Azure growth with the most innovative and fast-scaling companies in the region. This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise and strong business acumen — engaging with CTOs, CDOs, and engineering leaders to connect Azure’s technical capabilities with customer business outcomes.
You will serve as the technical sales leader in customer engagements: defining win strategies, shaping architectures, orchestrating proof of concepts (POCs) and workshops, and positioning Azure as the platform of choice. By combining technical credibility, business insight, and market awareness, you will enable startups and ISVs to scale securely, rapidly, and innovatively on Microsoft Azure.
