We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help drive the next phase of Microsoft Marketplace as a worldclass, global commerce platform for cloud solutions, AI apps, and agents. You will own and improve critical marketplace customer experiences, including Find, Try, Buy, and Manage experiences for customers, partners, and channel ecosystems.

In this role, you will help shape and deliver the next generation of Marketplace customer experiences and platform capabilities. You will work at the intersection of product execution, platform innovation, and customer impact, partnering across engineering, design, business, and operations teams to deliver scalable solutions that power Marketplace growth.

Responsibilities

 

  • Drive product investments and feature delivery for key marketplace customer experiences and platform capabilities
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, and crossfunctional stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize them, and execute against roadmap commitments
  • Use customer feedback, telemetry, and business insights to identify pain points and drive data‑informed decisions
  • Communicate product deliveries status and progress clearly across partner teams and leadership
  • Support a culture of collaboration, accountability, customer obsession, and continuous learning
  • Leverage AI tools and modern product development practices to improve efficiency, quality, and team impact

 



Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of product management experience in the technology industry, with a proven track record of successful product delivery and execution
  • Customer‑first mindset with a passion for building experiences that solve customer problems and deliver business impact
  • Experience driving complex crossorganizational initiatives from concept through execution and delivery, including experience working across different time zones 
  • Experience with SaaS products, B2B commerce, platforms, APIs, marketplaces, or enterprise ecosystem solutions
  • Strong understanding of AI‑driven and “AI Native” product development practices and product lifecycle management
