We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Solution Architect with a focus on Endpoint Management and Endpoint Security. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), Windows 11, and optionally, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE). This role is critical in designing, implementing, and managing secure and efficient endpoint solutions that align with our organization's strategic goals.

* Design and Implementation: Plan and deploy end-to-end endpoint management and security solutions leveraging Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and Windows 11. Ensure smooth integration and optimal performance across all devices.
* Endpoint Security: Implement advanced security strategies to safeguard endpoints against threats. Utilize Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE) to strengthen security posture and maintain compliance with industry standards.
* Configuration Management: Manage the configuration, deployment, and lifecycle of endpoint devices. Develop and maintain SCCM packages, applications, and task sequences for software distribution and OS upgrades.
* Policy Development: Define and enforce endpoint management policies and procedures to ensure adherence to organizational security standards and best practices.
* Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Continuously track system health and performance. Diagnose and resolve issues related to SCCM, Intune, and endpoint devices to maintain peak functionality.
* Continuous Learning: Stay informed about emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in endpoint management and security.
Required/minimum qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.
Additional or preferred qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 8+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 6+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.4+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external).4+ years experience working on technical projects.Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications).
* Experience: Demonstrated success as a Cloud Solution Architect or in a similar role, specializing in endpoint management and security.
* Technical Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and Windows 11, with familiarity in Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE) as an added advantage.
* Customer Relationships: Proven ability to build and maintain strategic, long-term relationships with customers.
* Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
* Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting abilities and expertise in resolving complex technical challenges.
