Parking & Transportation

This year’s conference is located in a highly accessible area, and we strongly recommend arriving by public transportation.

By Bus:
Accessing the Tel Aviv Port by public transportation is exceptionally convenient. Many bus lines terminate at the Reading Bus Terminal, located a few minutes walk from the Hangar. Another close bus stations are ‘Dizengoff/Ben Yehuda’, `Tel Aviv Harbor/HaYarkon` and `Tel Aviv Harbor/Disengoff`. Popular bus lines serving the port include: 9, 55, 4, 174.

By Train:
If arriving by train, disembark at Tel Aviv University Station. From there, a short bus ride of just a few minutes will bring you directly to the port area.

Parking Options:
If you choose to arrive by vehicle, we recommend parking at: West Reading Parking Lot.

• One-time entry fee: 30₪, valid for 24 hours from time of entry
• Payment: Credit card or mobile app only (cash not accepted)

Tel Aviv Port Parking Lot:
16₪ per hour (charged according to time parked)

Attendance is free of charge!
No. Due to limited capacity, advance registration is required, and on-site registration will not be available.
Please cancel your registration by emailing bluehati@microsoft.com so we can release your spot to another attendee.
A valid ID for check-in, your confirmation email, and optionally a laptop.
The conference will be held in adherence to official government guidelines. If there are any significant changes to the event, attendees will be immediately notified.
A variety of refreshments will be available throughout the event, including gluten‑free, vegan, and vegetarian options.
Yes, all the food will be kosher.
All talks will be delivered in English, but expect some jokes to be in Hebrew :)
Selected presentations and recorded sessions will be published on the website after the conference, subject to speaker approval.
We highly recommend bringing a laptop in order to participate in some of the activities, though it’s not mandatory.
Footage of the event will be taken by Microsoft and media channels. Microsoft may use this footage for communication and publication purposes.
