As a software engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on business-critical initiatives that directly shape the future of Microsoft Defender for Cloud business.
Your responsibilities will span across many areas of the product as well as all layers of the cloud technology stack. You will drive architecture and software design and be responsible for developing and owning new capabilities from idea inception to agile production release cycles planning and execution.
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software and Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
3-5 years of hands-on experience in software engineering.
Strong problem analysis skills.
Team player with strong communication, collaboration, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
Attention to details and passion for quality engineering.
Passionate about dealing with “unsolved” problems and the ability to independently make solid progress by breaking new grounds.
Experienced in cloud environment or distributed programming and architecture.
Experience in cyber-security domain
Experience with Kubernetes and Containers
Experience with .NET/C#
Experience with Azure cloud environment
Experience with application and system monitoring systems
