As a PM lead for the Microsoft Defender for Cloud apps team you will be expected to: 

  • Set vision, strategy, and roadmap for various product pillars 
  • Lead and grow a team of talented program managers, drive a culture of collaboration and inclusion
  • Work with customers to help shape the product vision, improve experiences and drive the business
  • Partner with the engineering management, division stake holders and architects to oversee product delivery 
  • Work across multiple engineering groups and products to orchestrate the Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps role in the broader M365 security strategy 




  • 8+ years program or product management experience working on large scale commercial services, with demonstrated impact  
  • Proven experience leading a PM team and growing talent
  • Great people skills, ability to work effectively as part of a large organization, and in fostering cross-group collaboration
  • Analytical thinking and an ability to understand functional and technical aspects of complex systems
