About Joel Stein:
Joel (Jody) Stein began practicing corporate law in New York in
1987. After graduating from Columbia University with a JD/MBA, Jody
Stein worked for six years in the corporate departments of the New
York offices of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius and Shearman &
Sterling. Mr. Stein moved to Israel in 1993 and was admitted to the
Israel Bar in 1994. He served as in house as counsel to one of
Israel's leading Hi-tech companies and its venture capital
subsidiary.
Mr. Stein joined the firm in 1996 and became a partner in its
Corporate Group in 1999. Since 2001, Mr. Stein specializes in
Hi-tech transactions and intellectual property law, emphasizing
start-up companies.
